winq Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the winq website, mobile platform, and any related services operated under the winq brand. winq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winq will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the winq platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the winq Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the winq platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winq, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the winq platform or had your account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

winq employs a mandatory age verification process for all new registrations. Upon creating an account, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. winq reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals pending completion of age verification.

3 Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the winq platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. winq relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winq account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify winq support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

winq is required by applicable regulations to conduct KYC checks on all registered players. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing certified copies of identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. winq reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

winq currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. winq reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your winq account balance in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. win q is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the winq platform at the time of the request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified winq account details. winq reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency

All transactions on the winq platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). winq does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

winq may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• winq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winq platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real-time dealing by professional live dealers. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG or live dealing process and are not influenced by winq or any third party.

Each game category on the winq platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. winq shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, winq reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. winq's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winq platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the winq platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the winq platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward winq staff or other players.
• Accessing the winq platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

winq is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered winq players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out alerts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the winq platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the winq platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials – is the exclusive property of winq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winq platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any winq content without the prior written consent of winq. Any unauthorised use of winq's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winq platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

winq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the winq platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winq makes no representations regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

11 Termination

winq reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if winq reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, winq reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your winq account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
